SERVICES |

ATA prides itself on its after sales care for both
clients and systems. ATA offers Three Separate Maintenance
Options. Certified companies such as ATA are required
to have a support service in place, especially for
Intruder and Fire Alarm Systems.

MAINTENANCE |
|

Routine
Maintenance call out service is only available
to clients who have a current maintenance agreement
in place. All visits take place during normal working
hours, 9-5pm, Mon-Fri and are pre-arranged with the
company. Information on how to contact our service
personnel is given directly to the client at the time
of installation.

| ALARM
RECEIVING CENTRE |
|
In
Ireland, Alarm receiving centres are required to comply
with IS.228 Irish Standard for monitoring centres.
A Monitoring Centre is a specially
constructed unit which is manned 24 hours
a day and incorporates appropriate computer
based receivers to which alarm systems can transmit
their data via either telephone network or/and radio.
