OPTION 2
Three Star Support & Maintenance
In
addition to providing the basic essentials - Option
1. This service includes breakdown calls and repairs
resulting from normal wear and tear to the system
are carried out during normal working hours 9am-5pm
Mon - Fri. without any additional charge. It does
not include Act of God, Operator Error or Negligence.
Calls outside normal working hours and systems found
to be damaged by causes apart from normal wear and
tear are subject to a fee.
In addition
to Option 1 the equipment warranty is extended from
its normal 12 month period to 24 month period from
the date of installation. i.e equipment which is found
to be defective because of normal wear and tear is
replaced free of charge during the times specified
above.
Emergency
support after hour service is available, subject to
a standard charge.
