Monitoring Centres monitor a variety of systems in addition to alarms e.g. Closed Circuit TV, Access Control, Entry/Exit. They can also operate systems remotely.

ATA Security can also provide two way communications between the Keypad and the Monitoring Centre, in fact ATA Security Systems can be programmed to switch on and off at various times and dates.

ATA also provides hardware which allows the user to communicate directly with their system from a digital telephone system anywhere in the world.

The monitoring centre staff normally follows the appropriate response by notifying the Garda, Fire Services, Medical, Keyholders etc.
